This producer is responsible for crafting compelling animations and motion graphics while also editing video content to resonate with NACE’s Continuing Medical Education (CME) Audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Create new, engaging and memorable motion graphics for live and recorded productions.

  • Craft and refine video  with expert motion graphics using tools such as NewBlue Titler, After Effects, Premiere ProPhotoshop, Final Cut X Pro, and Davinci Resolve, complemented by 2D/3D animation techniques and more.

  • Enhance audio content and quality of videos using  appropriate audio tools such as Logic, Audition, the Izotope Suite, and AI tools such as Descript, and Adobe AI.  

  • Collaborate with producers and content teams, offering motion graphic expertise, fresh concepts, and efficient solutions. 

  • Efficiently manage and organize NACE's Vimeo video cloud and CDN. 

  • Streamline pre-production and post-production graphics and editing processes for enhanced efficiency and quicker turnarounds. 

  • Enrich editorial content by introducing innovative ideas, from data visualization to innovative feature formats 

  • Keep up-to-date with the latest in design, video editing trends, and software to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.

 

 

Skills and Requirements:

  • With 3+ years under your belt, ideally within live television, live sports, or talk shows realms, you are no stranger to the demands of live dynamic media.

  • A Bachelor's or higher educational degree in graphic design, animation, or a related field.

  • Your technical prowess is showcased through your proficiency in software like NewBlue Titler, Adobe Creative Suite - especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop -  Final Cut Pro X , Davinci Resolve, and 2D/3D animation tools, among others.

  • Communication is your strong suit; you effortlessly interpret and act on feedback.

  • You excel at collaborating with creative peers and stakeholders, crafting content that shines across diverse platforms – from live broadcasts to mobile and beyond.

  • Your designs are rooted in a deep understanding of motion graphics, typographical finesse, color harmony, and composition layout.

  • You Stay ahead of the curve by continuously researching design trends, AI advancements, novel tools, and industry best practices.

  • Your impeccable time management ensures you juggle multiple tasks seamlessly, always hitting your deadlines.

  • Thriving in a fast-paced setting, your project management skills are both robust and reliable.

  • Welcome feedback with adaptability, and always be ready to refine and revise.

  • The salary range for this position is $75,000–$85,000. Compensation will be commensurate with experience, skill level, functional and/or industry knowledge, education level, certifications, as well as other qualifications.
