Responsibilities:

  • Brand Promotion: Drive brand awareness and visibility within the CME/CE Industry by highlighting our success stories, products, and services.

  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to create top-of-mind presence for the myCME and HME brands with key industry grantors, opinion leaders, and decision-makers.

  • Public Relations: Seek opportunities to have myCME/HME personnel appear at relevant speaking engagements; award submissions; poster presentations; and other opportunities to highlight our brands and employees. 

  • Engaging and Informative Promotions: Oversee the development and execution of press releases, emails, social media posts, website updates, sales materials, photo selection, and presentations that showcase our expertise and impact in the industry.

  • In-house Promotions: Lead all in-house promotional efforts for myCME/HME via the Haymarket Link, email communications, and other outlets within the company. 

  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and supporter needs to continuously refine marketing strategies.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, business development, product development, management, and other teams to ensure alignment with marketing efforts.

  • Analytics: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to spotlight positive performance in promotional efforts.

 

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 

  • Proven experience (3 - 5+ years) in marketing, preferably in the healthcare or CME/CE industry

  • Strong understanding of the CME/CE sector and its dynamics

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including creative/copywriting experience

  • Experience with Eloqua or other Email Service Providers

  • Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms

  • Strong project management and leadership skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • The salary range for this position is $75,000–$85,000. Compensation will be commensurate with experience, skill level, functional and/or industry knowledge, education level, certifications, as well as other qualifications.
