Audience Marketing Manager - PRWeek
Haymarket Media, Inc. is seeking an Audience Marketing Manager to join the Haymarket Media Audience Development and Subscription Marketing team. This position in our New York office. The Audience Marketing Manager will have a major impact on the growth of subscriptions for PRWeek.
Job Overview:
The position is responsible for overseeing all paid subscription marketing, development, execution and tracking. The individual will create an overall marketing plan that focuses on the acquisition, retention and upsell of customers. The ideal candidate will leverage an excellent background as a multi-channel digital marketer who has used various marketing tools to build audience and revenues. Responsibilities also include creative and copy development, with the support of in-house creative, edit, and execution teams.
Responsibilities:
Grow paid subscription revenue streams for PRWeek brand.
Create and continually update effective marketing plans for both new business and renewals.
Lead, develop and execute a multi-year digital channel strategy and end-to-end roadmap, starting from new customer acquisition through customer service, retention and product upselling.
Establish and enforce standards for success metrics, KPIs and reporting that will provide performance analysis, ROI and insights for all channels/tactics.
Manage daily activities – such as promotional emails, digital ad campaigns, telemarketing, retargeting and PPC.
Prospect for and execute business development barters/partnerships with industry associations and related conferences with the goal of growing the audience.
Assist the group sales manager in growing the group and global subscription revenue streams for PRWeek brand.
Coordinate design and copy for all promotional subscription marketing materials and campaigns for new business and renewals within prescribed specifications and deadlines.
Skills and Requirements:
3+ years of experience in audience development, subscription marketing, multichannel and/or paid marketing/data growth
Detail oriented and accurate, able to manage simultaneous activities effectively
Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally—both verbal and written
Strong analytical skills; demonstrated capabilities executing end-to-end quantitative and qualitative customer research and effectively identifying,interpreting and applying key findings.
Proficient with spreadsheets (Google Sheets and Excel) and ability to quickly learn systems supporting internal processes
Bachelor’s degree in related field

The salary range for this position is $75,000-85,000. Compensation will be commensurate with experience, skill level, functional and/or industry knowledge, education level, certifications, as well as other qualifications.
